“We were looking to remodel 2 bathrooms - A master and a guest bathroom. We took 6 estimates for our remodeling project. Golden View was by far the most detailed and knowledgeable contractor. Niro and Asaf managed my project. Unlike one of the other contractors who completely disregarded my ideas, Niro listened to my Design ideas and helped me realize them. He provided me with great design solutions and before purchasing the materials, I got to see the design in a 3d rendering, which helped a lot! Like any construction project, also our project ran into some challenges, but I have to say that Niro and Asaf were resolving them flawlessly! Golden View and I were in constant contact from the very beginning of the project until the job was completed. The consistent communication was also very appreciated, we used a few different platforms which made the communication very easy and clear. At the end of the day, I felt I could trust Golden View, and that is a truly rare thing. Highly recommend these guys! If you need help with any remodeling project, give them a call, they are Absolutely Great! and the results are AMAZING!”

“S&W Kitchens (Melbourne, FL office in particular) is a great company to work with, and Laura Scott is a wonderful designer. I hired them to remodel our 35 year old kitchen and had no clue where to begin. Laura walked us through the planning process with great patience and ease (and cheerful demeanor) beginning with an assessment of what we currently had and what we were hoping to accomplish in the finished design. With that understanding of our needs she worked up several proposed configurations and presented them to us as 3D and 2D presentations. Then she guided us through the material selection process for color, style, and mechanical configuration. Once we were satisfied with all that, she worked up a final plan including a detailed List of Materials and work plan. During that process we also met with Dale (construction lead). Together they laid out a timeline for the construction giving us a time window of best case and worst case duration. For the most part, they hit the timeline as promised and finished within the original prediction window. The work crews were polite and friendly. We felt very comfortable having them around the house (no security concerns.) They answered any questions we had while they worked and during the job progress. They worked carefully and kept the house as clean as possible by removing construction debris each day and hauling it away (no dumpster in the driveway!). Floors were protected with heavy-duty cardboard mats that were taped in place to prevent damage. Our hardwood floors came through the process without damage. We used plastic drop-cloths over everything each day to shield from dust. (It's inevitable that dust gets everywhere. Buy a stock of A/C filters and plan on changing them out every day or at least every other day during demolition and early phases of the construction, especially if drywall work is going on.) They can also place plastic sheeting to close off rooms as much as possible but the circulating air carries a lot of dust around the house nonetheless. Measurements were taken of our kitchen on at least two occasions ('measure twice, cut once' theory) so as to be sure they were correct. However, we still ended up ordering a special cabinet in one position as the one cabinet was too wide for the location because they ordered the wrong size. The quartz countertop fits perfectly. Alignment and seam work are exceptional. I couldn't find the seam until my wife pointed it out to me. The quality of the back-splash tile work is also exceptional. The installer meticulously hand fit pieces around the difficult areas. After the cabinets were installed, Laura inspected them and ordered replacement bits for anything that was scratched or dinged or had questionable surface finish. They cabinet installers adjusted all the drawer slides and cabinet hinges for proper operation. They had first indicated that they would stage all the materials in their warehouse and then bring them over, then we discussed storing them in the garage, but we were concerned about humidity issues and bugs, but in the end the materials were all staged in our family room. (We moved everything into the other rooms to make room for the materials. It had two benefits: first, it was adjacent to the kitchen so it made work efficient and easy; secondly, all materials were under A/C and so all dimensions stabilized in the wooden parts prior to installation. It was inconvenient for us because of the crowding but it was probably the best solution in the end.) It is inevitable that remodeling is inconvenient. However, S&W Kitchens did their best to make everything flow smoothly. We are very pleased with the finished result and I easily recommend S&W Kitchens and Laura Scott for anyone seeking to remodel their kitchen.”

“The 2 main spaces I consider in a home are the kitchen and the bathroom; they need to make sense (lol). I went to Cali on business to stay with my uncle for a few months. Need not say I was shock and awe when I saw the kitchen and bathrooms of the house, awkward design and totally not functional. He mentioned he wanted to remodel and I said great. A very close friend of mines recommended HomeTech for the job, thus, I made contact. The staff were very friendly over the phone and answered all my inquiries. They came over and my uncle and I expressed what we wanted (they pitched in on ideas as as well). They, then, presented the renderings for both the kitchen and 2 bathrooms which wowed us. But it wasn't until the actual work started and ended that we realized how good these guys from HomeTech were. They captured our vision to every centimeter; definitely exceeded our expectations. They are very professional, courteous, and nonetheless talented. They were very communicative throughout the project which aided to deal with all remodeling construction/commotion going on. They finished on time, probably a couple days before schedule. My uncle and I are very happy with their work. I'll definitely be visiting my uncle more often (lol). “Northland Design and Build did an amazing job on our home remodel. From the very beginning we knew that we were in the right place! They were wonderful at being able to see the vision that you have for your home and find a way to make it happen! Gina and Alyssa met with us many times at every stage of the design process to help form a design that is functional, livable and beautiful. They had so many innovative ideas and samples to help guide us in the right direction. We loved that they made sure we had all materials picked before construction began to minimize the chances of a delay. The design team is amazing at listening to your style and vision and helping to define it and lead you to the look you dreamed of! We had an idea in our minds when we first met them, but as we went along the design journey – they came up with an enhanced version of what we had in our minds. This was led by their creativity and vision. The renderings looked like more than we could ever had imagined and we were so excited to begin! The house turned out even better than we expected. It looks like something out of a magazine. Rod and his team always go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. We had a moment early on in the job where the plumbers crossed the hot and cold waterlines in our master bath while working in the kitchen. It was a Friday night and I texted Rod at 9:30 PM to ask if he had an easy fix. Rod jumped in his truck and was at our house in 15 minutes and he stayed until almost midnight getting it fixed. He didn’t want us to have cold showers over the weekend, so he stayed as long as it took to get working. That is the kind of service and quality of work you get from Northland from start to finish. As many customers have mentioned in previous reviews, Rod has a calm demeanor about him. This was very important while mid renovation the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Rod calmed us down and walked us step by step through the project always communicating along the way. Schedules always change, especially during COVID-19, but Rod seemed to always keep things on track while facing tremendous challenges. They had health and safety plans in place to make sure our family stayed safe during this stressful time. We feel like the entire Northland family became friends of ours during the renovation. In fact, their crew even helped our daughter make a ballet bar to use during her distance dance class on their own time when they saw me trying to put something together for her. This is a perfect example of the type of people the Northland family are – they are friendly, kind, meticulous in their attention to detail and accommodating! We will miss seeing them on a regular basis as we’ve gotten used to them being around. I can’t imagine going through a renovation with any other design & build company. “We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! “We interviewed several contractors before finally deciding on OC Builders Group. Moe and Evan are fabulous communicators and coordinators of work. They helped with design, computer rendering, cabinets, counter tops, paint colors and flooring. There were multiple workers in the house everyday. All were respectful of our property and our safety by wearing masks during the pandemic. It took only 5 weeks to remodel our kitchen, powder room and replace the entire flooring. “Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”
