“I would highly recommend Baron Construction for your next project, and here's why. We had a bedroom remodel and Josue and the Baron Construction team were very professional from Day 1. When they came in to scope out the work, we were provided with an estimate at the same time - with an initial write up of the contract. We also received documentation on their licenses, bond, and insurance - all on the first meeting. Baron Construction was able to start our project a few days after we had signed the contract. Once the project started, the team was very conscious to cover the floors and other areas to make sure it wouldn't be impacted from the work. They had estimated 2 weeks to complete the work and came within that timeframe. Our bedroom remodel included replacement of ceiling (due to leak from bathroom above), check for additional leaks, texturize ceiling and paint, installation of recessed lighting, painting of walls and closet interior, replacement of carpet with new flooring, and new baseboards. We were impressed with their commitment to the quality of their work and made sure we were happy along the way. If you have home improvement projects in mind, I would recommend Baron Construction. I know we'll definitely keep them in mind for our next project.”

“I was looking for a company to do my master and main bathroom renovations, but wanted to start out with a smaller project first - stairwell, ceiling refinishing, and painting - to see how well the company managed the project. I was initially interested in Treeium because I liked the idea that their company was doing their part to be a little more green. From the very first meeting with my project manager through to the end of the project, I felt I had all the information about what they could do with my project and how they would go about meeting my ideas. When we ran into an unexpected structural problem that required additional work before we could move on, my project manager was able to quickly adjust the contract and all the work was still entirely completed on schedule. Having used a number of different contractors for other big projects in my home, I appreciated most that they took care of the 'little things' to make the whole project look complete. They removed some fixtures to work through the whole space instead of taking the short cut of just working around the fixtures. They caulked the gaps left from previous work so that it would blend in perfectly with their work. And, they did some extra finishing on a couple of the walls so that the painting would look even more precise. I was very pleased with the work Treeium did and the ease of working with them, and am planning my bathroom renovations with them now.”

Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. “My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“Two thumbs up! We just bought our first home and decided that our first project will be to remodel our kitchen. After a long research and reading many reviews of happy and unhappy home owners, we decided to get estimates from 3 different remodeling companies and ask for their opinion. The first representative that came to our place was very aggressive and seems like he doesn’t have any clue about remodeling and was just trying to make a sale. On the second estimate a nice guy came out but never Emailed us back with the proposal. Pearl Remodeling confirmed the appointment, showed up on time and got me a real estimate at the very same day! Their proposal was fair, not cheap but definitely competitive and we decided to go with them. I can’t describe how happy I was to find Ron! He taught us so many things and made this project clear to us from the very beginning; he was more like a consultant who spend 2 and half hours to explain us about the procedure, the risks and design Ideas which buy the way were amazing. Two days later Ron showed up with his Designer who helped us with the kitchen layout and explained to us how everything is going to work from demolition to completion. I know construction is not easy but Pearl made my kitchen remodeling project go much smoother that the usual, or so I’ve heard. “I'm very happy with the fine job that NV kitchen and bath did. Every detail was completed as we discussed. I like the quality of the materials that they used for my kitchen remodeling. I love the job so much that I want them to do my bathroom in a few months. It feels like a brand new home to me now. All calls and emails were returned promptly , I feel very secure by the way the remodeling job was handled. The price was very reasonable and it was worth every dollar. I did not chose them for the price, although that was a consideration, but I got such 'superior' personal attention. The workers were extremely respectful. They kept the noise to a minimum, and cleaned up their mess after themselves each evening.
